Wind must be below 13mph on the day of any aerial photoshoots. We will let you know in advance if it is too windy for aerial photography and offer to reschedule the full shoot at no extra charge. If you choose not to reschedule and your photoshoot includes aerial photos, you can schedule a follow up aerial photography shoot for $50.
Drone photos will be taken at the sole discretion of the pilot on site. If this listing is located near any airport, drone photos may not be taken as a safety concern and FAA regulations.
Any cancellations require a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment and will forfeit the 20% Initial Payment.
Rescheduling a shoot must be done 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule 24-hours prior to the original appointment time will incur a $50 charge.
If Photographer arrives at the property at the scheduled time and finds the property to be improperly prepared, or if the Client fails to show or provide appropriate access to the property, Photographer may end the Session immediately and the Initial Payment will not be refunded. Photographer may at their discretion offer rescheduling of the Session. The rescheduled Session will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $75, which must be paid prior to the rescheduled Session date, and a new Initial Payment will be required.
Any Client that arrives late to the Session will have the amount of time deducted from the time allocated for the Session. Consequently, this may result in certain items being omitted from the final deliverables due to time restraints. Photographer will not provide a partial refund or other compensation for the time deducted from the Session due to late arrival of the Client. In the event that the weather conditions are not desirable, the Session will need to be rescheduled and the reschedule fee will be waived. Due to liability and equipment damages, this decision will be at Photographer's sole discretion.
Only customer and Checkmate Estates Photography retain full usage rights of all photos, videos, virtual tours, 3D tours, etc. Use of any media created by Checkmate Estates Photography by anyone other than the original customer and Checkmate Estates Photography is prohibited unless otherwise permitted in writing. Any person or entity publishing or using our media for professional use, other than our original customer, will be told to immediately stop using the media and remove it from any existing use case.
Checkmate Estates Photography reserves the right to cancel and refund any scheduled appointments.
